On Friday, March 31, 2023, the DOMiDLabs project team together with the curator-collective of Lab #02, the State Secretary for Integration Lorenz Bahr (Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Flight and Integration of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia), Uta Schnell (Federal Cultural Foundation) and the Executive Director of DOMiD opened the exhibition Mind The Gap! Narratives and questions of LGBTIQA+ migrants. Numerous guests and those interested came to the Kulturbunker Köln-Mülheim to celebrate the opening of the second lab exhibition. After the official part, people danced into the night at the Fill the Gap! party to music by Meryem Erkuş (GOLD+BETON) and Nikity (E.P.I.Q.).
Mind The Gap! can be seen until 04. May 2023 at the gallery of the Kulturbunker Köln-Mülheim, Berliner Straße 20, 51063 Cologne. Opening hours: Mon, Tues and holidays closed, Wed - Fri: 3pm to 7pm, Sat - Sun: 12pm to 7pm, free entry.
