From September 18 - 20, 2024, the conference "Offen? Kritisch? Inspirierend? Museen als aktive Orte der Demokratie" took place at the Deutsches Hygiene-Museum, Dresden. The DOMiDLabs project team participated with a forum.

On Friday, October 11, 2022, “Handle with Care - Handle with Care - Eine Ausstellung über Erzählungen, Gefühle und Perspektiven aus der Migrationsgesellschaft” opens in the spaces of GOLD+BETON and Gemeinde Köln in the Ebertplatzpassage, Cologne. It is the fourth and final DOMiDLabs exhibition.

Another significant step towards #unserMuseum has been taken. The Europe-wide competition for architecture, building construction and exhibition design for DOMiD's nationwide migration museum has started. In the upcoming months, it will be decided what the museum will look like.

On June 11th, this year's LVR Culture Conference took place digitally and on-site at the Max Ernst Museum Brühl des LVR. Our DOMiDLabs project was also among the participants, represented by our project manager Sandra Vacca.

DOMiDLabs project manager Sandra Vacca, together with other cultural professionals, followed the invitation of Minister of State for Culture Claudia Roth to the "Kultur im Kanzletamt" event in Berlin on Tuesday, 5 March 2024.

From 20.01. – 28.02.2024, the results of Lab #03 can be seen in the exhibition "WERT / SCHÄTZEN - Eine Ausstellung über Anerkennung in der Migrationsgesellschaft" in the Halle of the Alte Feuerwache Köln. The exhibition will be accompanied by a multifaceted program designed and implemented by Lab #03 participants.
